After an altercation with an unprofessional cop, I was afraid of retribution by the department, as they threatened me with prosecution for not being polite enough. Carmen handled the entire matter in one phone call and put my fears to rest. When I was scared, she took my call at 7;00pm and by 9:30 the next day the matter was put to rest. I feel protected in case of further retaliation.
