The fact that the landlord assumes that since my rent is only $500 because I had to move here in a week and took a sublease to save and just not worry.....that hiring a lawyer might not be worth it to me. Assumptions and lowball attack on character over your $500 retainer is classy. I’ll be going with someone who wants to make money.

Let me start by saying that my experience with Roseman Law was excellent. I had nearly two and a half years of representation by Christina and I do not look negatively upon any aspect of it.
