They screwed me over big time on my case a few years ago I would never ever trust this law firm never trust these people at all never again they are a joke as a law firm

They don’t care about their clients. Run from this law firm as fast as humanly possible. They are scum and will not answer your calls, questions or concerns in a timely manner. I paid them over 25k to be treated like trash. Never again will I use this firm.

This company is a completed rip off. Run away. It took 2 years for them to settle my car insurance case. Out of $21,500.00 I got $2300.00! They took more than 40 percent in attorney fees and legal fees. I only spoke to someonemaybe 2 times. They never answered the phone and hardly ever answer questions I has. Never even tried to go after everything they could have. Do not do business with them.

They wasted 5 months, and someone could have actually been working on my case. They told me that the accident photos didn't support my injuries and dropped my case, after 5 months!!!! You never should have taken my case. I would never recommend them or their services.

They don't believe in calling clients to keep us updated on what's going on

They ripped me off they were more for the opposition and gave Edgar snydar $4000 from my settlement jus for them giving me their number from 23500 I got 10000 and no help with disAbility. They did nothing I could of did all myself. I’m still suffering from injuries that happened in 2020 and disability is still denying me. They deserve no stars. Take my advice and seek other options for me a single mother zero income no help from them to get what I deserve, I truly was screwed over I regret working with them everyday

If you see this message it is your sign to run far far far away from this place and find a lawyer that doesn't have multiple offices in other cities because the case load is obsessive and I feel like because of that it placed me at a disadvantage. My case went to court and it didn't seem like it was me vs the insurance company it was the insurance company vs the reputation of simon and simon has and they have a bad one that was brought up in my case. I told my lawyer about a specific situation before my deposition and at court she lied and said she had know clue about it or she would've shared it with the other party. She was asking questions on how to better herself during my trial. I had two seperate cases all together around $60,000 and I only received $1,000. I had 3 surgeries that the other side argued I didn't need. I don't know if I truly needed it or no but what I do now the pain I experience now is wayyyy worse than before. At one point I tried to leave them to go to another lawyer and they called me and harassed me until I changed my mind and then they failed me. Right now my friend is in the same situation and I am currently trying to get her to leave this law firm and find another. My accident happened in 2019 I didn't have trial until 2022. My lawyer convinced me not to settle until we got to the last day and at that point I wanted to see it through but I believe she only convinced me not to settle so they could get a higher percentage. They won they have their money and I have none of that money and all the pain. RUN.
