I had worked with Attorney James Garver on a Workmans Compensation case. Attorney Garver was very professional, considerate and caring. He negotiated for my best interests. I was very pleased with Attorney Garver.

I just talked with them they where very rude and condescending. I told them about a claim with a nurse I told I was suicidal and scared for my and she ignored my cries for help, I told her I did not want to be left alone with the correction officer and I was suicidal she ignored my medical request ending with me being injured by that exact correction officer the very definition of medical malpractice, but they couldn’t recognize that maybe they should go back to lawyer school and learn something.
