After my accident, we made a call to Edgar Snyder & Associate’s toll-free number (late on a Sunday evening) and attorney Todd Berkey returned our call, right away! The next morning a photographer and one of the team lawyers were at my bedside, at the hospital. I am so grateful for their quick response, expertise, and knowledge. Contacting them as soon as possible was key to gathering some of the most important information in my case. My life changed drastically after my accident. I will never return to my former career, or participate in many of the activities I so easily could do prior to my accident. Throughout the whole ordeal, Todd and his team were by my side. Bad experience. My girlfriend used him and he took 40% off the top just for filing a few forms. The standard at the time was 33% and I even see firms doing it now for 25%. I didn't know her at the time or I would have advised her to shop around. He received $80,000 for a few hours work. Nice work, if you can get it.
