My husband and I were very fortunate to be able to retain Attorney John Gismondi for a malpractice case involving my husband. Mr. Gismondi worked diligently on my husband's case over the last year and a half, investigating and requesting medical records from various physicians. Not ever having to go through something like this, Mr. Gismondi explained in detail what medical information he needed to go forward with our case. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and he and his staff were very helpful in advising both of us of ALL our options before making OUR decision at the end. My overall experience was good, They did a good job explaining situations, and were very helpful when they sent me items to do, they had them very well laid out, with step by step instructions. very helpful and friendly staff. They did answer any questions I had very well, and always did in a timely manner return my phone calls. A few issues I wish would have been different. In the beginning I was informed they would take 40 percent, but I was never properly informed they also take fees out of the money also. Most of the time I had to call them to get updates on where things were in the process. I also wish my opinion would have been considered more during the process. Overall they did a good job on my case. I was not happy with the amounts I received for my spouses years of suffering, but that was due more to the area I live than the work done by the Lawyers. I would recommend Gismondi & Associates, and would use them again, if I ever had another medical malpractice case.

From my first interaction with Brendan just days after my accident, I knew that this firm was going to be the right team to help me. The law office of Kelvin L. Morris and his secretary Mrs. Pam have been a pleasure to work with. The road was not an easy one. Their services were provided to my son for a homicide case, which in itself is stressful enough. Throughout the entire case they were extremely helpful with any questions that needed answered. Clarifying any all court dates and informing me as to what was going on every step of the way. They returned all phone calls within 24hrs. Kelvin worked extremely hard on this case complex case.
