I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation. Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line. I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

If I could put 6 starts I would, they are the best!! Him and Mike make you feel like family from the moment you meet them. They fought tirelessly for my case. It was an emotionally exhausting case with so many complexities involved but their strategic thinking and bold advocacy helped me achieve a favorable outcome. I had the best experience with this law firm. They took care of my daughter's injury case and I couldn't have placed her in more competent and caring hands than Bernie and Mike. They really know how to get the job done. 10 star service.

I had to go through 4 lawyers during a custody and divorce case because of so many lawyers leaving the firm. I was continuously charged for every time that I had to update a new lawyer assigned to the case, and was told to settle the majority of the time. Harrassment and legal abuse continued to be allowed from the other side, despite the ethical and moral ramifications of such. Extremely disappointed. It is very concerning when there are real lives negatively impacted long-term from the lack of consistency, communication gaps and numerous hand offs. Instead of advocacy and following through despite losing half the firm, cases were mishandled, not given the time and attention they deserved.

My wife was in a car accident 4 years ago and we reached out to this law firm. Our experience was exceptional. Erin was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

From the experience I had with John Morris, I would not recommend to anyone. I was told at the beginning of my son’s divorce that should be know more than $3000. Only because he doesn’t have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars. They said he spent 16 hours on a divorce that had no assets, absolutely no property and no contest. It was just sitting on his desk waiting for the ex to sign. My son was charged $6500 for this. This is unethical.
