When my sisters’ 59-year-old husband died under questionable circumstances in a local hospital emergency room, our family attorney referred my sister to Brendan B. Mr. Lupetin accepted the case and filed suit against numerous defendants. Throughout the process, which was slow and steady, Mr. Lupetin was kind, professional and tenacious. After nearly three years of litigation, Mr. Lupetin was able to obtain settlements through mediation/negotiation from all defendants in the total amount of over a million dollars. Although my sister is still sad, we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I recommend Meyers Evans Lupetin & Unitin and Mr. Lupetin without reservation.

Horrible, immoral, and unethical. After my lawyer John Morris decided to go to his church function instead of be present for court he returned and choose to walk away from my custody case, taking with him 12 grand I would not recommend. How can you call yourself a Christian and take thousands from a family that you know is facing homelessness and then decide you don't like the way the case is headed? He dropped us because he didn't like my disapproval of his lack of professionalism and his assistant was unprepared for court. Or was it because of the issue of lgbtq people and their rights came up? Shame on you.

My experience was mostly with Josh and he was very compassionate, encouraging, understanding, and thoughtful in dealing with my life's loss and emptiness (as was David). I'm an Ohio malpractice lawyer who needs to occasionally hire Pennsylvania counsel for my Ohio clients who've encountered medical mistakes in PA.
