I found The DeRiso Group to be very efficient, effective and trustworthy. They kept me informed and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

We would give Brittany Petricca and everyone at DeRiso, DeRiso & Jeffries 10 stars if possible! We never had a fair shake until we hired Brittany and DeRiso, DeRiso & Jeffries. They were located in Pittsburgh, which thankfully was outside of Beaver County. They were not absorbed by all the "small town" corruption. Actually, I am not sure who puts a Judge in office, when they clearly have shown bias behavior in the past??? Just google Deborah Decostro, and see if this is a "judge" that you would want handling your case involving your children. Look deeper at what is published in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, back in 1999-2003. We were appalled to see what she was up against when we did research on all the parties involved. It was such and unfair trial. I mean the judge's husband worked directly with the opposing party in a professional manner for decades. These are the reasons why we hired Brittany with DeRiso, DeRiso & Jeffries. They were open and honest with us the entire time, kept us up to par with all the information that was ongoing, or failed to happen. This favoritism was ongoing throughout the entire trial. She was there even when they pulled the children back from us wrongfully, only to start my son late in his school year. What a JOKE Beaver County Courts are! But I forgot that was in our children's best interest! She stood up filing motion after motion, only to have it ignored by such ignorance by Judge Decostro! Brittany and DeRiso Law Group was worth every dime. We would only use this business!

Esther has been a joy to work with on a couple of occasions. She's professional, timely, efficient, thorough, a good communicator and friendly! Highly recommend her and will refer friends and family to her in the future.

Justin has been extremely helpful and professional. His expertise has made me feel at ease this entire time. Top notch dedicated Lawyers! I had 2 very complicated cases that essentially canceled each other out and other big time “popular” lawyer refused to take my case. The twins came to out to my house, agreed to take my case. Right away they got my 2 cases consolidated to fix the problem. They were always working and trying to negotiate but the insurance companies weren’t being reasonable. We went into arbitration after 7 years and my Lawyer, Ms. Archer was 100X more prepared that either of the other lawyers! Because of her expertise, I walked away with a very nice settlement that I believe I would not have received if my case was accepted by that other huge law firm. I’m really grateful to everyone at Shenderovich, Shenderovich, & Fishman, especially Amber who is one fierce lawyer when it comes down to it, despite her sweet demeanor. The crazy part, after they spent 7 years (I was their longest case to date) on getting me what I deserved, they really only charged 25%. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I could not be happier with the representation and advice I received from Mr. Anthony (Tony) Piccirilli. He helped me win custody of my son in a case involving parental alienation. I am a dad (we all know there is a bias in the system against dads), and this was across state lines, so this was no small feat. He did a great job presenting a solid snapshot of the myriad documentation I had, and expertly walked my ex on cross into several lies she had told. He used a good mix of wit and humor in his questioning, as well. Most of all, he explained everything along the way so that I never got hit with surprises. After the case was won, he also did an outstanding job of defending against my ex's appeal and in filing contempt charges against my ex and winning those. From the first time I met with Tony, he was interested in the details of the case and was my ally through it all. I would recommend Tony to anyone in a similar situation, or even a less contentious case. He has the disposition to try to reach positive solutions but will also fight for you if that's the right course. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
