Jim represented the insurance company and me in a personal injury suit where I was the defendant in slip and fall case. The initial amount the plaintiff was requesting was well above my insurance liability limit. It was settled well below the limits of my policy, so there was no cost me me. He is an excellent communicator who I would recommend to anyone. He always kept me informed via email and was easily accessible by phone.
