Attorney Paletta helped me through one of the most difficult experiences when I received a DUI. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and who to contact, especially in regards to my state licensure that I hold. He responded promptly to all of my calls and emails and was always readily available when I had questions or worries. I was referred by an attorney to contact Joseph Paletta after receiving a DUI. Needless to say it was a traumatic experience and I had no clue what to do, what would happen to me, etc. Mr. Paletta immediately returned my voicemail that I left for him. I am an RN that found myself facing false charges of abandonment that a previous employer reported to the board of Nursing. Mr Paletta was patient with me as I was an emotional wreck thru the whole process. He got along well with the Prosecution and did reduce charge that did not affect my ability to work as an RN. So if you have any issue with your nursing license guilty or not or just made a wrong decision call Joe Paletta and tell him your story and no one else.

I am normally not one for posting reviews but I feel compelled to comment on my experience with Joseph Paletta. I recently encountered a legal problem through a combination of bad luck and stupidity on my part. Mr. Paletta accepted my case with a pragmatic approach without embarrassment in the process. He explained the process I was to encounter in layman’s terms each step of the way. This was extremely helpful in reducing my anxiety. The result was the best possible outcome that could have occurred under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Paletta if you find yourself needing a good attorney.

I am not one for writing reviews, but I felt that the service I receive deserved to be acknowledged. I am a registered nurse who was employed for over 3 years at the same facility. One day I’m employed at a job a loved, the next day my license was suspended. I had a difficult time in my life in 2002, I got into some trouble which resulted in a misdemeanor possession charge. I did not tell the nursing board and on June 9th 2015 I received a notification that my license was suspended because of the incident in 2002. I was devastated. I called the lawyer who represented me at that time and he made some calls and suggested that I talk to attorney Paletta because he was told that attorney Paletta was the best lawyer to negotiate with the nursing board. I was looking at a 3 year to an indefinite suspension and attorney Paletta was relentless and I ended up with a one year suspension and probation with no restrictions on my license. Thinking of what could have been I am very grateful for attorney Paletta’s help and skillful negotiation. I am now employed at a reputable hospital and starting over without anything behind me to worry about.

My DUI case could have cost me my career, a year without driving privileges, and a criminal stain on my permanent record. Instead, Attorney Paletta helped me through it and got me into the ARD program, which equates to 2 months without a license, and automatic expungement at the end of a short probation period.
