Pros
1
Compassionate and caring attorneys who go above and beyond for their clients
“Brendan Lupetin represented my husband and I in our case. After dealing with a different law firm with no results for over a year, we actually contacted this law firm after seeing their commercial. Since our initial phone call, we felt as if we were a priority. Everyone within the practice was always respectful, helpful and timely with our myriad of questions. Brendan really seems to care about your situation and what you went through. He's down to earth and an all around nice guy that helped guide us through something that we had absolutely no experience with.”
2
Excellent communication and responsiveness from the legal team
“From the initial conversation, it was clear that the folks at this firm were on board to represent and fight for my family and make sure that their needs were taken care of from beginning to end. We had the pleasure of dealing with Michael who was communicative and amazing throughout the process.”
3
Successful track record of obtaining favorable settlements and verdicts
“I highly recommend Brendan Lupetin to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. Their exceptional legal skills, combined with their empathetic and client-centered approach, make them an outstanding advocate.”
4
Honest and upfront about expectations and processes
“Brendan was attentive and empathetic throughout the entirety of my lawsuit. I am so thankful we were able to resolve my case without having to go to court.”
5
Personalized attention and support for clients throughout the legal process
“From the moment I reached out to consult with Mr. Gismondi about the untimely death of my husband, he was compassionate, forthright, and professional. The responses I received from Mr. Gismondi and his staff were very timely, thorough, and reassuring.”
Cons
1
Poor communication and lack of responsiveness from certain attorneys
“I was told at the beginning of my son's divorce that should be know more than $3000. Only because he doesn't have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars. They said he spent 16 hours on a divorce that had no assets, absolutely no property and no contest. It was just sitting on his desk waiting for the ex to sign.”
2
Concerns about unethical or misleading billing practices
“Besides being an excellent attorney, Brendan Lupetin is a very caring and compassionate person. Everyone on his staff with whom I dealt was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this law firm!”
