Absolutely did the best job possible under extreme circumstances. Always kept me abreast of the situation, listened to my point of view, but ultimately chose the correct path for the company.

Knows her stuff as well as any other lawyer, but I didn't agree with or like her approach. Not very friendly and difficult to reach.
