Lyle was fantastic to work with. He was attentive and trustworthy. His communication was always prompt, clear, concise, and to the point. Billing was clear and transparent to eliminate my concern for unexpected fees. He provided counsel and representation that resolved my case with speed and simplicity. Lyle made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire court process as well as offered beneficial advisement in other related cases. My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. Lyle was a superstar and when the case finally went to trial we were so nervous. We came out of the court room with all charges dropped. I never even thought that was a possibility! Being accused of 2 misdemeanor and a felony ( aggravated assault with a deadly weapon) he managed to get rid of the felony in the preliminary hearing. And in court for the rest of the charges he got the best outcome. Totally pleased to keep enjoying my family and life. ¡TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!

I recently have had some problems with a person in my life who filed a pfa against me and has criminal charges pending against me. I hired a lawyer to help me and was second guessing who I hired, so I called David Shrager's office and Lyle took my call. Lyle defended me in a DUI, of which over 99% are lost or pleaded by the defendant. We won! He was amazing in the courtroom, asking all the right questions that made the officer appear unqualified, and my ex, who testified against me, seem profoundly biased. In my case I declined to take a blood test, so the evidence of intoxication was basically in my appearance; bloodshot eyes, swaying, some slurred speech. Lyle knew all of the details involved in DUIs and stumped the officer on the stand by asking questions about the field sobriety test. He also kept me well-informed and was an excellent listener.

I needed help to drop domestic violence charges. All three charges were dropped immediately. That's pretty much a miracle. Case was handled in a relaxed manner, no stress, other person will get help, and all along still making sure I knew my rights. Win win safe outcome. Best result possible.
