I am so grateful and thankful to have had services provided by Phil DiLucente when addressing our local school district and unfair policy regarding a school dance. Something that may seem so trivial to others was a very big and important deal to me and my teenage daughter. Phil jumped right into action and was able to accomplish in two hours what I had been trying to accomplish in two weeks on my own. His expertise and knowledge contributed to having this unfair policy overturned so that she and students in her same situation were allowed to attend. I will recommend Phil DiLucente 100% to anyone who might need his services.
