Pros
1
Excellent legal representation and client-focused service
“Attorney David Manes was very helpful with my case. More importantly to me than any $ award -I have confidence in myself, restored after being stripped of it by my discriminating employer.”
2
Prompt and responsive communication
“David was wonderful to work with. Very professional and explained how every step would go. He and his team answered every question I had for them and in a timely manner.”
3
Successful case outcomes and settlements
“David got me such a great result in my case! He gave a really good spanking and put a smile on my face during a rough time...after being tied up between everything that I was going through during this process, he gave me great confidence in the case and sure enough, the result was more than I thought it would even be to begin with.”
4
Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys
“This is firm has a great reputation and would highly recommend anyone to them”
5
Caring and supportive approach
“Working with Manes & Nahari was an outstanding experience. David Manes provided the perfect mix of deep legal knowledge and authentic personal interest in my case. I felt completely understood and valued throughout the process.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication
“Getting any response from David Manes or his office is near impossible after you've signed paperwork. Simple questions go unanswered, emails and phone calls are ignored.”
2
Disappointing case outcomes and lack of transparency
“They sent a demand letter once they didn't pay they dismissed me. The re-budle from the other attorney pointed out blatent lies that I had informed David manes about. Wasted a month of time... disappointed and dissatisfied.”
3
Inconsistent service and confusion
“I had high hopes for this law firm because of all the good reviews. However, I had the opposite experience. This law firm is all over the place, I was being contacted by multiple people who worked there telling I had mediation and dispositions all at different dates and times.”
4
Prioritizing own interests over client's
“They kept pushing me to settle, understandably they are lawyers, but it wasn't about the money for me. It was about making sure this would never happen again at my prior place of employment. But they continuously told me I needed to settle. Almost like they wanted to make sure they were guaranteed money.”
5
Billing and refund issues
“I paid a retainer to have services rendered and after 3 months of not hearing anything from the Lawyer I met with, I proactively reached out to check back in. After an apology the person in question pledged to have documents on for me to review within a day. 4 more months later, I had not received so much as a draft. I asked for a refund and it was granted. Not a great professional experience.”
