Attorney Beth Tibbott has been an excellent resource to me over the years whenever I’ve had family divorce cases become intertwined with the work that I do. Her and her staff have always been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. They have always afforded timely replies to any questions I’ve had or matters that I’ve had to refer to them.

They have gone above and beyond for my needs when I needed them the most. I had a very complex case where it all started from out of state and I needed a transfer move. I trusted my gut and I knew that I could trust my lively good with this law firm. My family has always been first even in a pinch-they right there for me. I would 100% recommend them and would keep them in my back pocket. They became family to me. A sincere thank you from the bottom of my heart to this amazing law firm including the receptionist team who was like family and always knew how to be so kind!

Spoke with Mark about a 302. Read comments and so far I’m not seeing the negatives. Off the bat he spoke to me better than any attorneys office has especially for a 302. Will come back to comment for update

Was very disappointed with Tibbot & Richardson. Had nothing but a confusing & frustrating experience with Attorney Singleton & Attorney Richardson. They dragged my case on for months, would not respond to opposing counsel, and made little to no effort to move my case forward even though I was charged more than the retainer fee in the end. I was also lied to and told that I had to reimburse my ex for 1.5 years of mortgage payments because “it’s the law” which I am finding out is not true now that I have retained new counsel. It was difficult getting a timely response from the team I worked with, I wouldn’t get clear answers on timelines, I would find out about developments in my case last minute. Made an already stressful experience even more so. I would highly recommend not using this firm.

This place is a rip off I hired them for 6 weeks paid over $1000 per week after paying a $3500 retainer I got nothing done I fired them paid up to date and they are trying to tell me I don’t have $3500 tht they only owe me $900 this place is a absolute scam I hired another law firm to go after them for my retainer not to mention they don’t answer phone calls their scheduled phone calls don’t happen atty singleton and Richardson are both jokes I told them 3 times through the clio app they was fired and they deleted my txts I have screen shots on my txts being sent they are a scam BEWARE

Over changed and some of the worst legal advice ever. Actually made my situation more difficult to navigate.

Had a great experience with this law firm. Thank-you for helping me get custody of my grandchildren. They are safe and adjusting well. Thank you again for everything.

I would never recommend them to anyone. The charges are ridiculous and they did absolutely nothing and I spent $1200. I had to explain my case three times to 3 different lawyers. One of the partners showed up to my case unprepared. It was a phone conference hearing that lasted a total of 5 minutes. I should post my charges. My case was a support case. Really disappointed. Please do your research before hiring.

They didn't help me at all they did the excate opposite and charged me over $10,000.. with no outcome only visition of my kids every few months

Very nice on phone

I attempted to utilize this firm for a situation regarding a support order that I received. They were timely in responding to my inquiry and establishing the discovery session, but that’s as far as I was allowed to go with them. Rod handled my discovery session, establishing that he would follow-up with me the next day as to what the next steps would be in getting representation from T&R. That follow-up never took place, I reached out to the number provided by Rod as well. The first attempt was to inform them that I was still eager to continue forward with the firm. The second was to inform them of my review, and that I would’ve at least appreciated a response even if it was that I could not be assisted by T&R. Instead, it seems I’ve either been ignored or forgotten about. Two stars for the initial timeliness and friendly personalities.
