The way this company treats their prepaid LegalShield members is just HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t talk to a dog on the street as they did me. They are always annoyed. They give bad advise and they are not stangers when it comes to hanging up on people. My money is just as good as anyone else’s. This is the 2nd Attorney that hung up on me. It’s their practice to talk to people like trash. I wish I could leave zero stars.

I wanted to say these guys do their best with the resources that are given to them :) I have had representation from this Firm for over 10 years using my Legal Shield Membership. I can say there is always room for improvements as no one and no system is perfect, but the service does what it says it's going to do, to try to resolve the issues you are facing based on what you tell them. As a member your tone is key, be respectful, and be open minded on what is being presented to you, know their are options. Some times you don't hear what you want to based on the details you provide, but you will hear what you need to based on the experience from the professionals. Keep up the Great Work.

I have a personal Legalshield Membership, as well as a Legalshield Membership for my small business. Everytime I call this firm for either personal or business advice, I am always impressed at their professionalism and their quick follow up. I have never had a law firm call me back as quickly as Welch, Gold. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They act annoyed to help you if you are with the Legal Sheild Plan. Give BAD advise and have an attitude. Spare yourself the stress!
