I chose Mitchell H. Dugan (Principal), Martin G Colavincenzo (Associate), and the Staff at Dugan & Associates to represent my Social Security Disability Income(SSDI) claim that I had been appealing for more than five years. I knew Dugan & Associates were the best law firm to represent my claim should it be revoked by the Court of Appeals and sent back for redetermined before the Administrative Law Judge(ALJ). I knew Dugan & Associates were the best choice because they listened to me and were emphatic regarding my unique situation. While I awaited a decision from the Court of Appeals for my claim, I had contacted several well reputed law firms and all had refused to represent me due to the current late stage of my claim. However, this law firm, Dugan & Associates were very helpful during my call with them, they explained why they could not accept my claim at that time, offered me professional advice regarding how I should go forward with my claim depending on the decision from the Appeals Court.
