I have had the distinct honor of having Mr. Roteman be involved in what is, more than likely my worst business financial disasters in my 35 year of being in business. From the 1st consultation thru the entire process, having his experience, tenacity, knowledge of the law was only exceeded by the compassion he exudes to his clients in truly their time of need. Most of us need an attorney when something has gone wrong in our lives, business partner dispute, marriage, neighbor dispute over property, etc., etc., and what is needed at that point is a strong characteristic of an attorney to straighten out the mess. Ron Roteman, esq. fits that role. He is attentive, knowledgeable on the issues; he places himself in front of the adversary on your behalf regardless of the circumstances and all done in a very professional manner. Personalities are important when confronted with extraordinary legal situations, so you want the best. Ron handled my entire business case, while keeping me from total bankruptcy.

I hired Mr. Roteman for my bankruptcy case. I personally would not recommend. Although I found his associate, Jaclyn, to be extremely polite and professional, not rude and condescending, especially someone on Disability with a Brain Injury. Perhaps if I met him in person, I would think differently.

Ron helped me through an extraordinarily difficult situation, and the results were exactly as he anticipated. Ron is a very knowledgeable attorney when it comes to bankruptcy. He was able to help me tremendously through a contentious Chapter 11 case where a company wrongfully tried to include me in their bankruptcy to avoid going to trial in a State Court proceeding. Ron was diligent and maticulous and knows the laws (even if it was what I didnt want to hear) very well and kept me informed. He did not allow the song and dance of the opposing attorney effect the outcome of the judges' decision based upon factual law. Ron basically saved my state litigation case. I am a consumer and not a business and Ron even worked with me on my payment. This speaks a lot about Ron's character. I have worked with many attorneys in my past through my business and personal life and there are not a lot of attorneys that I would recommend but Ron is definitely not in that category. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone that asked. He gets an A+ in my book!!
