“After working with him, I came to realize he has a reputation of being grumpy and demeaning. He lived up to his reputation because discussing my case with him proved that. Treats the client like a moron and like he's better than you.”

Questionable billing practices and lack of transparency
“This group of people also without negotiation with drew over 1,700$ out of our account three days before Christmas and put us over negative 500$. after asking this guy the (owner) about that he said he has no control over billing. Really !! Your the one that made the itemized bill.”
