If I could give zero stars I would every time I’ve tried to use them they tell me it’s a “conflict of interest” and legally they don’t have to tell me anything. I wouldn’t recommend trying to use them. The lady I spoke to was very rude. One minute I get told they’ll help the next it’s a “conflict of interest”

Do not donate or contribute to this organization. They represented a tenant that destroyed our property and dragged out the eviction process for 13month of back rent for over a year. We are out almost two year in rent. I support tenant rights but representing and using resources for a bad tenant is not a good use of charity.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a while I asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl refused to help me after I gave her all my information. She told me a supervisor would be giving me a call back and that still hasn’t happen yet. I’m pretty sure these people are scammers and just taking peoples hard earned money it’s just greedy in this business and not genuine
