Wish they help me with a civil action filed against me. I'm hearing impaired and need help. Can't afford an attorney and got a hearing on the 14th of December and wish they would email me and let me know if they will assist me. It's a debit collection civil action

awful - I was looking forward to a call back after applying. Sadly, the representative was annoyed by the call, unreceptive and without even a professional level of empathy to the situation.
The representative was just not interested in points of information or answering questions. Some reps make it clear they’re there to make you hang up- these are such gatekeepers. Really crushing, do better.
