Literally the worst for it to be a neighborhood legal service I called a year ago for a deed transfer…. From my mothers home… Dan Haller started it then waited until august to say wait a year after my mothers death… I called the last week of April to see if that still stands and they said to call back in may…. Which is now I called again and now they telling me to wait until June to call back like it’s unprofessional and the letter I got from Dan and the notes that he put together in my file on they end does not match. I just need them to get there communication together and have some compassion for the people you are working with cause if u don’t have a heart to work in this kind of job then just don’t do it.

No help at all. In fact the supposed legal person who called me back said they don't offer legal name change assistance yet it is listed on their services on the website. When I filled out the form online to request information it was listed in the drop down menu that I selected. Now why wouldn't office list this on their website yet not offer the service. Make it make sense. How is it helpful whenever you are sending people in circles and not providing further resources or numbers for them to get the help they need. It's not helpful at all.

So helpful they care about people.

My granddaughters mother tried to recieve help from these people and they wanted to charge her 75 dollars an hour. She is a single mother of two children trying to survive ever since my abusive son left her high and dry. Disgusting, I work full time with a great job and would not be able to afford 75 dollars an hour.... so much for community help. I would give minus stars...

They couldn't represent me because of the nature of my case, but one of the staff members set down with me and went through all my documents and information I gathered and helped me to prepare for for an arbitration between my landlord and I. I was so ready. I was so grateful for her care and patience and we won our case.

Said they'll call back in two business days but never did. It was my last resort. Edit: so when I finally got to speak with a rep about ssdi situation I was patronized and told I didn't do all the things I need to do which I most certainly did and practically blamed for my upmc doctor's part... I can't force doctors to do anything.

THEY DONT HELP YOU OF YOUR INCOME IS YOUR KIDS TWO SSI CHECKS. THEY ARE VERY NONCHALANT ABOUT IT.
