Goldstein & Associates are the best!! They have a process in place. Believe in their process and things happen! We initially went with another “reputed” law group based in Pittsburgh to file our EB1A application as a physician-scientist couple. We never heard back from them after we paid the retainer fee. This group never replied to emails and the office never responded to our phone calls. When we tried to reach the lawyer, we always received a standard answer saying she was not available because of the busy H1B season. The paralegals kept changing every 2-3 months and we were bounced off to a new paralegal who had no clue about our application. When there was an emergency situation with our visa status, this “24*7” law group told us they cannot handle our situation and abandoned us. We reached out to Mark Goldstein after seeing his all 5 star reviews and his experience handling EB1 cases. Mark was available to “talk” within 24 hours and he came up with a STRATEGY. He assigned our case to Jelena Gilliam, an exceptionally talented lawyer. Ms.Gilliam was extremely thorough and knew every nuance of our application. She worked diligently on every single aspect of our EB1A petition. Ms. Gilliam was always there for us! This resulted in our I-140 being approved in a record time of 5 days. We were later assigned to Darci Sferra who worked with us on I-485. Darci made the whole process a breeze. Goldstein and team are exceptional. They care about immigrants and their story. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is applying for EB1 or related cases.
