I contacted Berger and Green after being denied twice for my disability claim. Lauren reached out to me right away, she was very nice and compassionate to my situation. She was very detailed on what would happen next and items I would receive in the mail. She also checked back with me to see if I had received information and had any questions. My attorney Russell Turner was the best after reviewing my case he asked that my disability date be changed to my last date of work which was months prior. He also reached out to me the day before the hearing which I really appreciated because I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Marena contacted me after a decision was made to let me know my case was approved. I am so grateful for The Berger & Green Team working together to get my disability case approved. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed!

February 05, 2021 I was shopping for a new car when I slipped on ice, fell and broke my right femur. I had two ambulance rides to two different hospitals. I contacted Bill Kenny because I wasn’t sure what my future was going to be. Bill guided me through my recovery. Any time I texted or called, Bill got right back to me.
