DEFINITELY your office that treated me like rubbish when I wanted to talk about hiring your services for my wife's case. Your response is almost as condescending as the way you treated me when I called!

I called with a question about what the procedure for retaining this firm was. The person who answered the phone kept saying the office did not provide free advice. I didn't want free legal advice -- I wanted to ask what the procedure for retaining this firm was. The person I was speaking to asked what country I was from and then put me on hold for a minute and then returned and said that the attorney said he wasn't interested in my business, which is quite clear, but -- phew -- I've never had a law firm refuse to even tell me what their procedure for being retained was. Really unpleasant and weird, especially given all the positive reviews from other folks. Update: response to review is... really irritating. It's a great response for looking like your office wasn't rude to me, but it doesn't match the situation at all. I guess other potential clients will see if they get equally poor treatment.
