I strongly advise against engaging this attorney or law firm if you seek organized and effective representation. Instead of drafting the demand letter to the insurance company as initially agreed, the attorney requested that I prepare it myself, yet charged me a $500 fee for services that were not rendered as promised.

Mr. Ernsberger is an incredible attorney. When I contacted him, I was without hope and believed there could be no resolution to the situation I'd encountered with my Homeowner's Insurance Carrier. Subsequent to a fire loss in December of 2022, I was without payment and the carrier had canceled my policy based on incorrect information. Within two weeks of contacting Dan, the problems were solved. I've received payment and had my policy reinstated. He made the process simple and easy. Highly recommend him and his assistant Mary to help you in a prompt and efficient manner.

Dan is an excellent litigator. He has a good knowledge of the law, and courtroom procedure. As our case progressed, he gave us updates and told us what would happen next. His billing statements were comprehensive and contained analysis so that we could understand our case as it unfolded. He recommends methods of cost containment, and is willing to work with us on both cost and billing issues. Dan is accessible, responsive, and client focused, and he will work on weekends. While quality of lawyering is my almost exclusive criteria, and I will choose the best lawyer for the case, it's an added bonus that he's very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him. His passion is for business litigation, but I would use his services in any courtroom setting.
