I wouldn’t go to Attorney Padgett for legal advice. She can’t speak to her staff with respect, it’s doubtful she could speak on behalf of her clients with any.

The attorney that was supposed to be helping me and represent me was extremely dishonest with me- claimed she couldn't get in contact with the opposing attorney in regard to a legal case but I was surprised at how easily I was able to do so! She also left many phonecalls unanswered as well as Un- returned (on one occasion it took about 6-7 weeks of me calling!) I do not recommend!! SAY NO TO WINSLOW!!
