Tim Smith was very gracious.

After this attorney sat down where my family breaks bread, he told us that everything was fine and would be taken care of. After waiting over a year for something to happen, I get a certified letter that says we didn't send a paper or something that they needed signed? BULLSHIT for the first part. I sent everything I was suppose to adn if I didn't then why didn't they send it to us or call or email me like they always did. Well after talking to other attorneys and people I come to find out that these people are terrible when it comes to helping clients that arnt going to make them what they think they should get. Dont sit and tell us for over a year that you are taking care of everything and not to worry because its all being taken care of and almost done. Then send me a letter not even talk to me personally but a letter that is a Dear John letter for a bogus reason. I am so shocked at how we were treated and if I can help anyone NOT go through what they put us through it would be worth the heartache and trouble my family went through.
