She also left many phonecalls unanswered as well as Un- returned (on one occasion it took about 6-7 weeks of me calling!)”

After waiting over a year for something to happen, I get a certified letter that says we didn't send a paper or something that they needed signed? BULLSHIT for the first part. I sent everything I was suppose to adn if I didn't then why didn't they send it to us or call or email me like they always did.”
