The dude is a con man and a thief! Him and his "associate" Paul! L SCAM-PON looks like a broke down drug-addicted New Kid On the Block! Was he even a judge because he looks like a tatted-up hoodlum?

Mr. Bompiani advertises a seminar that he put together, and claims that if one is to cancel the membership within 5 days, the amount paid will be refunded in full. That is very far from the truth. I signed up for this program, spend two days and reviewed all the material, I saw it was not worth the money paid, and at the end of the second day asked to cancel the membership. That was at the beginning of January. After many attempts of complaining for the refund not being issued, I'm yet to see my money back, and it is mid March now. I find him quite dishonest in such practice.

We hired Mr. Bompiani for a criminal case. He is worth every penny plus some. I found Mr. Bompiani, not only to be caring and professional, but also extremely knowledgeable and aggressive during the trial!!! I was so pleased with the way he conducted himself throughout everything. We definitely appreciated his kindness and support during the difficult trial.

I went through a few attorneys for custody and wasn't satisfied until Anthony! I tried Cordell and Cordell which is a scheme and charged me $20k for nothing then dropped me when everything hit the fan. They did nothing! Anthony was compassionate and knew his stuff. I had many false accusations during custody and spent 7 full days in trial and he was there for less than half of what Cordell and Cordell charged me for nothing. Anthony is to the point and won't play lawyer games charging you for pointless letters back and forth if you tell him. He helped me with the criminal charges (all dropped) and custody. I highly recommend him for either custody or criminal.

We recently watched Mr. Bompiani try a case involving charges against a good friend of ours. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and persuasive. And the best part is, he won! He knows what he is doing and we are so thankful for him. We highly recommend him.

I selected Mr. Bompiani to handle my divorce based on the positive ratings that were posted here on AVVO, which do not reflect the actual quality of services that he provides. I retained him at the end of January and since our initial consultation, he has been minimally invested in my case. Shortly after retaining him, I sent him an email containing details and questions about my case. It was evident that he did not take the time to review this information, as he asked for it later. On the rare occasion that he did respond to my questions, he provided very brief, indirect responses. Mr. Bompiani also did not complete tasks in a timely manner, if at all. He indicated that he would be sending me a form to sign and return to his office, but I did not receive it until nearly two weeks later. I asked him to keep me informed of any actions that had been taken, but he never contacted me. Although he claimed to have sent a letter to my spouse's attorney to indicate that he would be representing me, I received a letter from my spouse's attorney a month after retaining Mr. Bompiani indicating that he had received no such letter. Mr. Bompiani did not have the decency to apologize, even though his negligence undoubtedly made me look uncooperative and irresponsible to my spouse's attorney. Mr. Bompiani's staff is also essentially useless. Each time that I called his office, I spoke to a different receptionist, each of whom would inform me after asking who I was and putting me on hold that Mr. Bompiani was in court. I imagine that they would have his schedule and know prior to putting a client on hold whether he was in the office. I also asked to speak to his assistant multiple times, but was repeatedly told that she was unavailable. I never had any of my calls returned. After receiving the letter from my spouse's attorney, I attempted to reach Mr. Bompiani for two days to express my dissatisfaction and to request that my retainer be refunded. Mr. Bompiani eventually sent me an email stating that I could expect to receive a refund check by the end of the week, but I did not receive it until almost 2 weeks later. He offered to do a PayPal transfer when I questioned whether the refund had been issued. What kind of attorney accepts payments or provides refunds via PayPal?! And why would he offer to issue payment via PayPal if a check had actually been issued? I informed Mr. Bompiani that I would not accept the refund via PayPal and wanted confirmation that I would be receiving the refund via check, to which I received no response. When I texted him to question him about this, he texted back defensively for several minutes, but failed to offer an explanation for his lack of response. Ironically, this was the most responsive that he had ever been since I became "his client." I am at a loss for how he has managed to obtain such glowing ratings. Divorce is a traumatic life event, and he seems to have lost sight of what it is to be an honest, compassionate human being. He was quick to take money for services that he failed to provide. The fact that he had sufficient time to post on Twitter, Instagram, and other social media outlets on a regular basis added insult to injury. If you are seeking a responsive attorney to handle your divorce or any legal matter, I strongly advise against hiring Mr. Bompiani. Judging by other reviews that are listed here, I wonder if I would have received more attention if I had committed a heinous crime. It appears that he only devotes his attention to cases that will make him look good, especially when he was running for District Judge at the time of my divorce. In a post from Pittsburgh Post Gazette, he stated that the new District Judge would "need to show a great deal of commitment and responsibility, fundamentals that are a cornerstone of his law practice." Based on his "handling" of my case, I beg to differ.

If I didn't have to check a star, I would have left it empty, that's how bad of an attorney he was. Not to mention he asked me to do things and I would and he would never follow through. He cost me more then money! 95% of the time I had to go to courthouse and file my own paperwork. He wrote up a paper to have the other party to sign it. He never mailed it and I had to have the other party sign it. Needless to say when I tried to have the paperwork enforced, Bompiani NEVER took it to the judge to be signed, AND CHARGED ME FOR IT! Never returned my calls. 'Not even a secretary in the office to answer me or at the office if I needed help with something. To top it off, he never even met with me until the night before my hearing for 3 hours even after I called multiple time months ahead of my hearing! Definitely not enough time to prepare for a hearing! I lost A LOT of money, for nothing. Now I have to start all over, with a FANTASTIC attorney, and pay all over again! What a horrible person, attorney, with no heart at all! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO HIM....DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Mr Bompiani is a lawyer that is concerned about the clients he represents. He show he cares and understands how people feel. He fights for the best outcome for his clients and he understand that a lot of things in this world doesn't make sense, but he helps you get through it for the better. He is a excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone who is need of a excellent lawyer that cares.

I was charged with some very serious crimes including aggravated assault and robbery. Mr. Bompiani aggressively defended me and we worked out a very favorable plea deal. Highly recommend.

Mr Bompiani is a class act attorney. He is very good at what he does and is a man of his word. Mr. Bompiani was kind enough to take my case out of the kindness of his heart, he represented me as a private attorney with no concern of payment at all. I would have been more than happy to pay that man thousands for his representation but he shook my hand at the end of my trial and said don't worry about it. The man got me off 3 major felony drug charges, he embraced myself an my family as if we were his own. If I could recommend any attorney to anyone it would be Anthony Bompiani, he's worth more than any fee you may have to pay to obtain him.....I am and always will be truly thankful to have had such good representation. Pick this man, he will help you with more than just your legal troubles. Most attorneys want your cash and are heartless, Mr Bompiani is a man of integrity and I thank him to the fullest for his kindness an legal services.
