I have had to use Matt's services a couple of times. Recently I had a motor vehicle violation and Matt figured out how to get me out of the jam without a fine. He also filed the proper work and appeared in my place on the court date. Matt truly gets that if you are in a position to need his services you are properly worried if not just down right scared about your situation. He does a great job of explaining everything that is going to happen and does everything he can to remove any undue burden from his clients. If you find yourself in the unenviable position of requiring a lawyer you wont go wrong with Matt.

I consulted with Matt over a year ago and he gave me a sense of comfort. That no matter what the charges were against me, that everything will work out in my favor. As time goes on, I begin to think of all the possible outcomes, good, bad and the ugly. Matt kept me on a straight and narrow path and reassured me that the case would be a breeze, that he had everything under control. After this past week, I no longer have the same worries or fears of the judiciary system and essentially, it’s all over with now. I feel like Matt has saved my life from my own stupidity and poor judgements and I can get back to what matters in life again. Thank you for all your help. I wouldn’t have done it without you.

I consulted with another lawyer in the firm but i dealt with Mr. Ness directly in all my court appearances. By far, well money spent! He was very understanding to what I wanted, listed my options very clearly, and was very confident which made me feel at ease throughout the case. He was able to get my charges completely dropped when I in fact, incriminated myself. He handled everything accordingly, there were no surprises, and I left very happy! Highly recommend!

i was in a jackpot on a gun charge------i faced the rest of my life in prison----matt ness was my atty. ---let me tell you this guy is THE big dogs in western Pennsylvania------never expected a not guilty verdict. Atty ness did everything right. i just sat back and trusted him and his counsel. Best part was how unhappy the judge was after the jury said not guilty. this guy is the best. trust him and his firm.

I had him represent me in an offense I was surely goin go away for he was very easy to talk to and understand but he was even better at speaking with the judge and was able to save me from goin away & paying even less of a fine. He fought for me and was willing to keep trying if we did not get the results I wanted. But he was so well versed in the laws it only took the first try. I would highly recommend him to anyone and most definitely retain him again If need be He did an overwhelming job for a reasonable cost. I am more than happy with the results of my case the man is blessed with a silver tongue. And because of it I will get to spend Christmas with my family.

Mr Ness was very helpful in my case and was able to get my charges reduced to the minimum. Mr.Ness was also able get my case expedited and I was able to but it all behind me fast.
