I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ebony Law. I paid for a trademark filing for my business, Pope Financial Solutions, at the end of September and it still hasn't been filed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the firm, with the latest being an email and voicemail to the owner on 6/17/2024, I have received no response. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I trusted Ebony Law with an important aspect of my business, and they have completely let me down. I do not recommend their services to anyone.

very disappointed. reached out for guidance and help on an issue that i was previously helped with one year ago by kayla. she never returned any of my calls or messages. nor did the other lawyers I had to leave voicemails for since it was all automated and only let you choose who to leave a voicemail for. completely unprofessional on so many levels.
