Amazing!!! Highly recommend!!

Rachel saved a discrimination case after I was unable to locate an attorney for almost 2 years. She was extremely prepared and did a wonderful job. I wish all attorneys would be as prepared as she would be and knew my case like the back of her hand. She is also very caring and understanding with all the emotions this case brings back to me. I highly recommend her as she is very easy to work with and understands how messy things can get. She also stayed late to get it settled. Best prepared attorney around!

I contacted this law firm to help with an employment issue. I had no prior relationship or knowledge or experience working with them. I spoke with an intake person who listened and suggested a free 15-minute consultation with Attorney McElroy. On the day of the appt, the Attorney called at the scheduled time gave me her undivided attention, and listened to my concerns. She validated my feelings and showed empathy regarding the experience with my employer. She then provided me with advice on how to move forward. If I could get all that on a phone call, I would say that she is probably a tenacious attorney to have on my side if I had to choose to go all the way. I put in a request online to schedule a consultation. I was never contacted about my request, so I called and was informed it was never received. While on the call, the representative scheduled a consultation for me a week from the date of the call. On the scheduled call, I was informed that they were too busy to assist me, and it wouldn’t be worth having a consultation. While they did provide me with contact numbers for other potential law firms, it does not change the fact that I could have been told upfront prior to scheduling that you were too busy to take on cases and even conduct the consultation.
