Mr. Burnett did an excellent job negotiating our water and gas pipeline with EQT. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the oil and gas pipeline laws and represents landowners only. Our right-of-way was handled timely and professionally. We did not have to have any contact with the company as he negotiated for us. I would strongly recommend him to any landowers needing legal representation.
