Easily one of the top 5 criminal defense a man can hire. Don't wanna go into details.But I will say he saved me from some crazy charges. I thought the 3g price tag was high at first. It's not. Samir is a beast in the court. I actually showed up to court drunk on a DUI case and the kid somehow got the judge to let me go to rehab. No DUI on my record. Also he is very compassionate. Hugged my mother before I went into court, her tears on his well earned suit. I HOPE I NEVER NEED TO TALK TO YOU AGAIN...BUT IF I DO I WILL TALK TO YOU FIRST

I appreciate his business he is frank,polite,and helpful to the clients I suggest my friends to go with him if you have criminal charges against you he can help you with his every effort because I am happy now I am free since I had couple felony charges but he defended me he is such a good lawyer

So my case was nothing of a high profile standing but I had 7 charges 2 misdemeanors and 5 summary offensives fast forward 5 months, And before talking to Matt I was under the impression I would be spending some time in Jail and a bunch of fines.. this man rolls up and says " nah no jail, and tells me to go back to my truck" so no longer than 5 minutes later this man walks over to my truck and says 'Yeah everything is dropped and you have a little fine" literally wanted to hug this man because he just settled everything like it was nothing.. he's awesome and has an awesome down to earth attitude which is nice when you're stressed out.. I went to these guys with a pretty heavy charge. Not only that, I was not a first time offender. I had multiple charges from the past. I feared facing jail time, house arrest and didn’t feel like dealing with probation again. I left my hearing with a clean slate and a very happy man. I’m so thankful for these guys and what they did for me. I 100% recommend Worgul, Sarna & Ness.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am. Samir Sarna is the best in my opinion with amazing prices on top of that. I believe you get what you pay for but in my opinion I got more than what I paid for. He responded to every call and text always within the hour and most of the time immediately. His assistant Ashley was very helpful during this process as well. I travel a lot and going to court in person was very difficult so there were a lot of delays but Samir was extremely patient and made it happen. My court case was resolved today and I walked away with no charge nor fines. Everyone’s situation or case is different but I do believe Samir and his colleagues will give you the best chance possible. Hopefully I’ll never need a lawyer again but if I do, I will 100% go to Samir!

My questions were always answered when asked, from intake I had spoken with Mr. Worgul he then sent me to his partner Mr. Ness and then I had spoken to the paralegal Ashley who was a delight. Mr. Sarna represented me at my hearing and also reassured me that everything was going to be ok. My case got pleaded down from a Misdemeanor in the 3rd to a summary offense which was absolutely fantastic. I feel everyone at this firm had a hand in the success of this case, in which I couldn’t be more happier.
