I retained this firm for a traffic case for my son. We had some initial issues and confusion due to a paralegal mistake that caused my son to miss his court date. We were very concerned and upset as we were not sure how this would affect his case. However Attorney Ness took over our case and worked with us to ensure everything was in place to move forward with a successful result. His communication and follow up with us was great and alleviated any concerns we had about the earlier mishap.

Totally exceptional outcome in my case. My commercial license was in jeopardy over an infraction called p.a3111. Trooper was somewhat deceptive about how the citation would effect my cdl, so i decided to contest with a not guilty plea. Spoke with Samir, he hinted that there were a few ways to go about getting a favorable outcome, just the fact that he took my call so late at night, and answered the many questions i had, spoke volumes. My case was later handled by Matt Ness, who came and cleared up my lingering concerns about the charge p.a 3111, which would carry as a moving violation, but no points. He suggested going with something called a p.a6502, which would register as a equipment violation, and does not carry points. Finally, we meet at the hearing, he told me to go wait in car, and wait for a call. Literally, he calls back about 5-10 minutes later, and said, your case has been DISMISSED! 💨🎤drop! Thanx again.

I was facing charges for a crime in Pennsylvania and i live in Florida (I NEVER BEEN TO PENNSYLVANIA) imagine my scare.. I would like to paint a nice written picture of the very profound experience my son and I recently had with attorney Matthew Ness. My son was charged with reckless driving. I adamantly felt these charges did not have the facts to definitively warrant the charges moving forward. Notwithstanding, I also knew I needed to call in an expert. To help exclude the possibility of the charges moving forward. My son and I were greated in the parking lot of the preliminary hearing by Mr. Matthew Ness. He introduced himself to my son and I . Then he proceed to explain to my son the charges being present against him, potential outcomes , and legal options he had. Equally important, he articulated the legal defenses that he could use. The profound and prolific professionalism that Mr. Ness displayed at conveying all this information to my 18 year old son was astounding. He answered all my sons questions clearly,and concisely , and his personality along with his legal expertise work hand-in-hand. He help calm my son down, and told him he was in good hands. Mr Ness helped alleviate a lot of the stress that my son had prior to going to the hearing. He was not only a legal scholar but, he also displayed amazing traits of human interaction, and the deep psychology of Dealing with stressful situations. He had a firm grasp how to minimize emotional trauma that people experience, when dealing with legal matters. During the hearing itself he vociferously conveyed, and disseminated a factual defense in a very prolific way. His arguments were heavily seasoned with legal knowledge, understanding of statutes, case law , profound logic, reasoning and common sense. He handed himself well considering one the witnesses was being quasi combative. Moreover, he did amazingly well with the Commonwealths case. . Especially the police officer who did not have a firm grasp On some of the legal nuances of the law, and what can and can't be stated in a preliminary hearing . The grand finale was the best part. The closing argument. Mr. Ness was Authoritative to the magistrate when he made his legal and logical points. Mr Ness poked holes in the commonwealths case. The way articulated his fine argument was persuasive, very poignant and prolific. The whole time he was speaking to the magistrate in his closing argument. I was thinking about the old legal proverb that goes like this- There is nothing more horrendous than the murder of a beautiful subject of theory, when done by an evil gang of objective facts. Ultimately the magistrate threw out the case against my son and my son walked out the hearing all smiles. Attorney Ness talked to us for several minutes after the case, and shook our hands. I could have not asked for a better experience, and my son is very happy . Please did not hesitate to use Mr. Ness or the firm. As you will not only get professionalism, you get amazing representation, and someone who's truly passionate about the law, and who truly cares about their clients needs. If professionalism, personality, and understanding of the law where electricity. Mr. Ness would be a nuclear power plant.

Contacting Samir Sarna was my best first move ever in dealing with a 5 count DUI. Right from the start Samir reassured me that everything would turn out ok..... he so put me at ease.
