Excellent customer service, you call the number and the attorney himself picks up and starts talking to you. He talked to me for about 20 minutes over the phone listening to the details of my case and making recommendations. His knowledge and input instantly put me at ease. They’re also extremely transparent with pricing which is very rare and I was a little surprised at just how reasonable the price was. The paralegal emailed me a ton of information as soon as I got off the phone and it had all the details for everything I needed and they took care of all the filing and paperwork for me. Mike Worgul took my case and my money. But that was the last thing he did for me. He sent Samir to one hearing and a different woman to the next hearing. They were not familiar with my case and I did not get the outcome I desired.
