If I cd give neg10 stars I wd. Worst lawyers I’ve ever met. My boyfriend was the client but I paid the $4K retainer & they were such poor communicators it shd be a crime. They wd not answer key questions & wdnt take one call he made from ACJ. He pleaded guilty as charged (incl a felony) to get out of jail. The deal they secured was no deal at all but the judge threw it out (a judge with whom Samir supposedly had a good working relationship, ie, why we paid a premium) & imposed a harsher sentence from the bench that was heavy handed & incommensurate with the crime (others similarly charged got probation). They advised him to accept the stiff sentence on the spot/fly. Also, my BF had changed his life 180 since the arrest & was my sole breast cancer support, yet they never asked him about his life nor did they ask me anything about his character to submit to the court as good faith efforts made toward change. They weren’t his advocates. They’ve ignored reasonable requests for a $1500 refund and requests for a copy of his file. No sour grapes folks; just the truth. Hire an attorney who cares about you/your family/your life. They do exist.

I recently had two traffic tickets that I knew were not right and I went to Worgul, Sarna, and Ness after reading the good reviews. Upon meeting with Samir, he was polite and professional and put my mind at ease. He appeared in court on my behalf and was able to easily have both tickets dismissed. Thank you Samir!

I recently had a bit of misfortune to say the least ! I did however make the right choice in hiring the Worgul law firm , from first meeting with Matthew Ness, I realized he was a class act...he pulled no punches with me and let me know all of my options so that he could best represent me with what i wanted to do...he had never rushed me or misled me in what was going to happen...he offered advice,but consequently left the decision to me...truthful and honest he brought me through this mess. I would say this firm is outstanding and as much as i hope i never need him, this would be my first call. thank you all at Worgul,Sarna and Ness.

Good service and results for the price I paid. An attorney met me at the courthouse day of the case summons. Not much communication between him and I had occurred between the hiring conversation and the actual court date, and the attorney that met was different from the one person I had been speaking to up to that point. However, they did handle the paperwork and logistics well.

Awesome lawyers here glad to have them on my side to affirm my rights especially when a car recall/defect could of cause my death instead just a little Simple citation from a non understanding cop 👮‍♀️ trying to Ruin my good name hence me retaining the firm immediately!!!! Sometimes you can’t do stuff alone especially when the odds are stacked up against you!!! Willing to walk through the gates of hell with this firm before I let my rights go down the drain!!!
