Samir Sarna worked extremely hard to get the results I wanted on the case and was able to get it all done during the preliminary phase. He was always accessible by phone any time I had any questions, even when he was in the hospital, and always called me with updates as soon as he had them. I didn't have to worry about or stress over anything because he handled it all.

Samir Sarna is a great lawyer I have been using him for my boys for years (they can't seem to stay trouble free) He has represented them for simple things to weapon and drug charges. He is always easy to get in touch with and despite their bad choices doesn't make me feel as if it is my fault, he is also a straight shooter which I like he advises me of all scenarios, instead of telling me what I want to hear.

My husband and I were very impressed with this law firm. We live in the DC area and he was falsely accused in Pennsylvania. He has never even had a speeding ticket and is the most law abiding citizen and got accused of 4 serious charges, including stalking. We were shocked initially, but were lucky to get in touch with Attorney Matt Ness. He was amazing, especially during the jury trial, and we would give him 10 stars. One of the four charges got dropped even before jury deliberations and my husband was found Not guilty on the other 3 before we could even finish our lunch. Now we can get back to our normal lives and will be forever greatful to this law firm for the huge victory and justice for our family. We got to meet other members of their legal team, including Michael and Samir, and they were all professional and care a lot about their clients and fighting for the best outcome.

Attorney Samir Sarna represented my son. He was very informative. I never had a problem getting in contact with him. Ultimately he was able to get the charges against my son dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone needing representation.

TL,DR: I can't recommend Samir enough. He was great. Best decision I could have made. Full story: I have been a professional driver in Pittsburgh for 8+ years, with a clean record. I apparently got too close to another vehicle and rubbed their bumper without realizing it. Minor damage to them, none on my car, but they had me on camera, and filed a police report. I was shocked when I was summoned via mail for some pretty massive charges. (hit and run, ect.) I was facing up to a year in jail, big fines, and loss of license. I was terrified. But I'm an idiot who thinks I'm smart, so I figured since they had me on camera, I could just report the damage to my insurance, fix their car, represent myself at court, explain everything, and it would work out. Lawyers are expensive and I can do this for free. A buddy of mine urged me not do that. Hounded me. Insisted I at least talk to a lawyer. After some googling I ended up right here where you are. These guys had the most 5 star ratings in town. Called in and explained my situation to Samir. Seemed legit. Super confident that he could work it out for me, and was very upfront about the cost. His reassurance helped calm me down. I want to reiterate how good Samir was before the next part. Because again, he was awesome. But. He got held up and Amanda at the office let both me and the court know he would be about 15 minutes late. Not a big deal, BUT I'M SO GLAD HE WAS. Because while I was waiting, the officer on my case came over and talked to me, and I got to see how the case would have gone if I had decided to represent myself. He used the fact that I had filed the claim with my insurance as admission of guilt to all charges. I thought the right thing to do was fix the car, and I thought that would help reduce my penalties, but instead he wanted to use that to throw the book at me. He told me he was going to cut me a "really great deal". Much smaller charge, and half the fine. I asked him about points and he said he "wasn't sure, but this is really great deal for you." I explained that my lawyer was on his way and I'd have to run it by him. He huffed "OK" and walked off. I was really nervous. A few minutes later Samir arrived, apologized for the wait and I filled him in on my interaction with the cop. When I mentioned the new "really great deal" charge he stopped me and immediately explained the amount of points with that particular charge right off the top of his head, and said "Nonono. Let me see what I can do." After a few minutes he came back, waved me over, and gave me a low key thumbs up. Let's compare the two outcomes. Me representing myself: Criminal charge, massive fine, enough points to cost me my job. Samir representing me: NO POINTS, SUMMARY CHARGE, MINOR FINE, AND I KEEP MY JOB. I know a fender bender isn't that big of a deal to most people. But this was enough to completely derail my life. Samir just walked in and fixed it with so much ease that had I not seen how poorly this was going for me prior to him arriving, I might have thought he didn't do anything at all. It was practically a magic trick. Thanks so much Samir! You're a lifesaver!
