Everybody at this law firm, from the attorneys to the office staff, have been nothing but extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They are all very polite and respectful. To put it bluntly, they do not talk down to you. Communication is excellent. Anytime that I had a question, I received a very prompt and thorough reply. I was even able to text them, which made communicating quick and easy. I was assured that the matter would be taken care of and it was, no stress involved. I called at 7:30 on a Friday night and Michael took my phone call and completely made me feel at ease with my case. He was upfront and honest about costs and outcomes.
