To paraphrase a common cliche...’stuff’ happens. Sometimes it happens as a result of our own behavior.. Sometimes not. Whatever the origin...it can happen to us all. There is ‘stuff’ that we can deal with on our own. The solution can be found from our own experiences in dealing with ‘stuff’ from our past.
