I can't thank Attorney Matthew Ness enough for the hard work and dedication he displayed in representing my loved one. He was always available to answer every text, phone call and any and every question I had. Due to his diligence and persistence my loved one was acquitted on all seven charges he was facing, and is now able to move on with his life. Matthew's genuine spirit is second to none. While on vacation, I was in a traffic accident in Pittsburgh; 2 weeks later, I received a letter in the mail from Worgul Law advising me that I had been issued a ticket. This letter was the SOLE notification I received regarding this ticket-I was not issued a ticket on the day of the accident and the city of Pittsburgh (to this day) NEVER contacted me. Samir Sarna took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns regarding the ticket, and attended my hearing on my behalf. He is a highly competent and thorough attorney, and I am happy to report he obtained a dismissal of the ticket. These guys are the best in Pittsburgh. Both Samir Sarna and Matthew Ness were a joy to work with. They're pricey but, definitely worth it considering the alternative you may be facing. These gentlemen were courteous, professional and prompt when answering questions. I never had to wait long for a response or had trouble getting in touch with either them. I am hoping to never need their services again, but if I do I know who to call (or text!). Highly recommended.

Hello, First, I’d like to state on the record that if you don’t decide to go with Worgul Law Firm, you’re basically setting yourself up for failure. Before stumbling upon Mike I talked and visited with a verity of DUI defense attorney’s and though I am not bias towards public defenders I do feel as though every defense attorney responded to my case in a manner where it was better for me to take a plea deal being that this would be my 3rd DUI charge. Mike’s diligence towards my case was impeccable, and he will let you know his real thoughts and feelings about the case w/out easily swaying you into a detrimental situation. Today I went on trial for a 3rd DUI offense and won. This was a trial of one African-American male with only his African-American partner as a witness verse three Caucasian cops who tried to concoct a story different than what was initially given at the preliminary hearing. Mike showed no bias towards me nor my case. When you come into contact with Mike it feels as though your venting to a friend or family member who will delegate and immediately push for a positive outcome to your situation. Now, I do want to advise in advance that he is an extremely busy man (because he’s the best), so if he misses your call just know that he will always get back to you as soon as possible (I had to learn that lol)! At the end of the day Worgul Law Firm was the right move for me and it could be for you too!
