I wish if I could give them "zero", horrible service, I will never recommend them to anyone. I gave then $1500 as deposit but they never worked on my case. I was told my file was lost, no one in office knew what was going on. I withdrew my case from them and filed all my paperwork myself. My money was never returned, although no paperwork was initiated by Val and her office at all.

When all other lawyers said no.. nothing can be done about our case Valerie gave us hope and guided us through the right path. Allison kept us informed all the way to the end, responded to emails and calls very promptly. Great job all around. Will recommend May law group to all friends and family.

I had a free phone consultation with Ms May and one of her other colleagues regarding an immigration issue with our adopted children. They answered my questions with confidence and professionalism. I contacted Valerie all the way from the other side of the world with absolutely no hope of being able to get my wife's I-601 Waiver approved. We had submitted our case to USCIS and received our denial notice shortly before I contacted Valerie. After receiving our denial notice I did a search on google for lawyers that deal with waivers. The first lawyer that caught my attention was the May Law Group. I contacted them expecting to hear "sorry there is nothing we can do you have already been denied". But I was referred to Valerie who immediately told me that she is sure she can win my case. I was very very reluctant as I already had been in the process for over a year. After a few days of thinking it over I decided to sign the contract with the May Law Group without ever meeting them and being all the way on the other side of the world. I took the last of my money and said that this would be my final shot at hoping to move back to the United States. From the beginning the service that I received from Valerie and her team was absolutely amazing. They showed me that they truly cared about my case and were going to do everything in their power to get us our approval. They told me that it would take about 3 months just to rebuild the case so that it would be solid enough for submission. I trusted them completely with everything they were doing and continued receiving positive feedback from them at how strong my case was and how important it was for them to win an approval for me. After the case was completed they sent it to me via FedEx and I was shocked at how large and strong the case looked. We submitted it to USCIS which notified us that their turnaround time would take 6 months. Due to the fact that the case was so strong we received our approval 3 weeks later!!! Absolutely amazing. Furthermore even after we received our approval the May Law Group stuck by our side and made sure that the local embassy would issue our visa and kept in close contact with them. They stayed by our side throughout the whole process until the issuance of the visa even though their contract specifically stated that they were only responsible for preparing our waiver package and delivering it to us for delivery. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the May Law Group and Valerie for everything that they have done for us and the amazing results that they obtained for us. They are absolutely amazing and I recommend them to anyone and everyone that ever needs anything that has to do with immigration. By far the most amazing Law Group. THANK YOU!!!!!!
