I could not be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received working with Liz Avon at the Ruppert Law Firm. I reached out to Liz with a legal issue and she was first of all, incredibly kind. She listened to my situation, asking pertinent questions, walking me through the next steps. She explained everything clearly and open to all of my questions. Not once did I feel like I was wasting her time (which is a feeling I’ve had in the past with some other attorneys). Another thing I was grateful for was the timelines in returning my calls/emails. She made me (and my case) feel like a priority. I cannot recommend Liz enough. I highly recommend this law firm! I first consulted with Sean, who instantly calmed every anxious nervous feeling I had about my situation. He was so friendly, and than I was paired with Liz. The first meeting with her was so warm and I was very relaxed and confident with her. She was honest about every step of each process. Her soft, witty charm makes it very easy to consult with, but although a soft warm nature she is very dominant and confident to get the job done. She is firm with getting what what you need done. She made my entire situation very easy to handle accordingly and quickly. If I could rate millions of stars I would. So I would like to say that I would 110% suggest Mrs. Liz Avon (My Attorney) to help you with your case. This lady was so Amazing in court and knew exactly how to Fight my difficult Case (with me being out of state). And never once did she lose Faith in me or this case for my Daughter; She just knew we had a long and hard battle infront of us. We, my husband and I have nothing but praise for Attorney Avon. She came on board a very heated custody trial that went all the way to the PA Superior Court. She was focused and very helpful with all of our questions. Talked us off the ledge on a few occasions because honestly, we had no idea the depths someone could go to in order to make you look bad, lie and try to ruin you. She guided us through all the opposing drama and kept reassuring us that the Judge saw through what was being said. It took over 3 years of constantly being dragged back to court, but we now have 50/50 custody. In a child custody case, Attorney Avon was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for all involved.
