I contacted Jason for an immigration related issue based on his earlier reviews and expertise. I was very pleased with his professionalism, courteousness and attention to detail. In addition, he was very upfront about potential costs, complications and was easy to consult with. My observation is that he would always reply within a business day, (sometime within hours) and would return my phone call promptly with helpful suggestions. He recommended reliable and prompt translation services for documents in foreign languages, conducted the submission of all required forms for both my wife and me and assisted in each step leading up to the issuance of my Permanent Residence Card.
