Jason is very responsive, providing you with every update you need along the way and answering your questions. We had a slight issue with one of the documents we brought for our interview, but Jason looked through his files and found what the interviewing officer hadn’t noticed and resolved the issue. Without him, my wife would have been too upset to stay calm and figure out what the problem was.
