I strongly recommend Herb & Winters Law; Attorney Joshua Winters was very patient to collect all related information from us and did a professional job for our case. Our case is a compensation claim against next door demolition damage on our property. I tried five other Law company to work for us but all in vain due to our case is a small case but Herb & Winters Law accepted our case in the first contact and attorney Joshua and James did a great job for us over last 20 months. I had an exasperating landlord-tenant situation and the help provided by Jim, Josh and staff was definitely reassuring. Communication about any questions I had, whether from the office staff or the attorneys were always answered in a timely manner. Although it took a while to finely evict the tenant, it was because of the stipulations in the Landlord-Tenant Act and not the work of the attorneys. This is the second time I have used this firm, the first was for my divorce and that was over 25 years ago. You may not want to be in situations where you need an attorney, but when you do, it is good to know who you can talk to! Highly recommended.
