Maureen was hired by my mother in 2013 to help her draw up her will. Years later my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we were unable to find a copy of her will in her files. Last summer (2022) I reached out to Maureen and explained that I was my mom's POA and that I needed a copy of her will. My siblings both emailed Maureen with their consent. Maureen said that she wanted to speak with my mother to get her approval as well but I kindly asked her not to do that. It would unnecessarily upset my mom, and I knew my rights as POA. Maureen ignored my request and called my mother anyway, causing further stress and anxiety to our family. It was an unkind, unprofessional thing to do. I do not recommend Maureen.

Maureen was absolutely wonderful in her compassion to understand our circumstances regarding our 46-year old head-injured daughter. She gave us the time needed to understand what our needs and our daughter’s needs were; she was very specific in making sure we understood what was necessary & created the legal documents necessary to take care of our daughter now and in the future.
